Everytime we found something promising, she helped me to look over my criteria to make sure that I was making an offer on a house that met my needs. When I decided to buy a new home and keep my house as a rental, I thought being a landlord would be easy. I was wrong! Finding a decent tenant turned out to be harder than I thought. Collecting rent, finding handymen to do repairs was always a headache and took up a lot of my time, Until I met Michael.
